Shipping & Returns


The standard processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will not be processed until Monday.  Please allow 10-15 business days to be shipped. Please keep in mind that during holidays or with items that have a very high demand, this time may vary and be delayed. 

International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.  All duties and taxes are paid by the customer. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.  Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

We ship using USPS both domestically and internationally.


Socialitte will glady accept exchanges or store credit of any items purchased at FULL RETAIL PRICE.  No refunds or exchanges on sale items.  All sale items are final and orders that are discounted are also ineligible for a return/exchange.


We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of item to be eligible for store credit or exchange on full priced items.  Please contact us at to request an exchange authorization form.  We must receive the item within 14 days of purchase.  Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygeine reasons.  These items are final sale. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. The exchange/store credit will be for the value of the item minus a 15% restocking fee.

Note: This is only valid for orders purchased in the USA.  International returns/exchanges are not accepted.

Please note, Socialitte reserves the right to refuse all returns if they do not meet the conditions stated in our policy.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing product within 14 days of receipt of package and we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

Customer must include photos of the issue including the exchange authorization form.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • All tags must be attached
  • No perfume or other scents
  • No human or animal hair
  • No rips or tears
  • No other signs of being worn
  • All original packaging 

Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

Please complete the Exchange Authorization Form we send you by email and send it back with your item.

We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse. We suggest that you use FedEx, USPS or UPS for your Return. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return or exchange. 

You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Store Credits and Exchanges will generally be processed within 3-5 business days.
